Role in the Project
Our role in the Project is to support financial and contract compliance. In doing this we identify key compliance requirements and financial controls and develop methodologies and tools to monitor the overall accuracy and compliance of consultant and sub-consultant billings. Our goal each month is to ensure that all payments are made within 20 business days and are in compliance with Project agreements requirements and are properly supported and approved.
